So this guide runs on a stricter rule than the rest of the site: every spot here has been personally verified recently, at a fixed location you can actually find. It's a short list on purpose — short and true beats long and dead.

The one to plan around. A classic Airstream turning out locally sourced, grass-fed organic burgers — only the highest-quality organic and clean ingredients make the menu — with tallow fries and house-made sauces on the side. They draw a crowd, so plan to hang out for a while. The burger is worth the wait.
