Who these guides are for
Some of you just got here — Williamson County adds new households every week, and most arrive knowing Franklin only from a weekend visit and a school ranking. Some of you have been here twenty years and want the long version of what’s changing. And a growing number of you work from here, which is why coworking got its own guide before almost anything else.
Franklin Living is the slow half of this site. The food and events categories chase what’s new; this one explains how the town actually works — which neighborhoods fit which lives, what the move-in logistics really look like, and how the event scene operates when you’re the one hosting. These guides get revised, not replaced: when something changes — a venue, a rule, a road — we update the page you’ve already bookmarked.
