What happens when you write
Every message gets read by a person. Corrections jump the queue — if we’ve got an hour wrong or a closed business still listed, that’s the thing we most want to know, because the entire value of this site is that it’s accurate. Story ideas and business suggestions go into the same vetting pipeline as everything else: we check it out ourselves before anything appears.
If you’re suggesting a business, the one thing that helps most is the why — not “they’re great” but what specifically they do that Franklin should know about. And if you own the business, use Get Listed instead; it asks the questions we’ll need answered anyway.
